What is the Anytime Fitness x Evolt 8 Week Challenge?

The Challenge is an 8-week program designed to help participants transform their body composition, training routines, mental health, and lifestyle habits. The goal is to provide tools, help, and support to make personal changes to your health and wellbeing. The Challenge is divided into two categories: male and female. The male and female participants with the largest loss in body fat percentage in each country will win the Country Grand Prize, which includes a pair of return flight tickets to Bali. The selection of the airline is at the discretion of Anytime Fitness Corporate. Additionally, the Country Grand Prize winners will compete for the Asia Grand Prize, which includes an iPhone 15 and an Apple Watch SE worth USD 1260.
Who can participate in the Challenge?

The Challenge is open to all Anytime Fitness members aged 18 years and above who are registered at participating clubs in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
How do I register for the Challenge?

You can register for the Challenge through the designated landing page or at participating Anytime Fitness clubs.
What are the key dates for the Challenge?

The Challenge will run for 8 weeks, starting from 29 July 2024 and ending on 22 September 2024. Participants must complete their first Evolt Body Composition scan between 22 July 2024 to 28 July 2024. Participants must complete their final Evolt Body Composition scan between 22 September 2024 to 25 September 2024.
How can I get more information about the Challenge?

What are the requirements for participation?

Participants must: Complete an Evolt Body Composition scan before and after the Challenge. Submit a before photo taken a maximum of 7 days prior to the start date. Submit an after photo taken within 5 days after the end date.
What should I do if I have a medical condition?

Participants are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. Anytime Fitness will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Challenge.
Can I participate if I am traveling during the Challenge period?

Yes, you can still participate as long as you complete the required Evolt Body Composition scans and submit the before and after photos within the specified time frames.
What are the prizes for the Challenge?

The male and female participants with the largest loss in body fat percentage in each country will win a pair of return flight tickets to Bali. The selection of the airline is at the discretion of Anytime Fitness Corporate. How are winners selected?

Winners are determined based on the largest percentage loss in body fat as measured by the Evolt Body Composition scans. In the event of a tie, additional criteria such as overall improvement in fitness and health will be considered.
When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 30 days after the Challenge ends.
Can the prizes be exchanged for cash?

No, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. Anytime Fitness reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value at its discretion.
