Anytime Fitness x Evolt 8 Week Challenge - Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1. The Anytime Fitness x Evolt 8 Week Challenge (hereinafter referred to as "the Challenge") is organised by Anytime Fitness Corporate and is available at participating clubs in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
1.2. By entering the Challenge, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 By participating in the Anytime Fitness x Evolt 8 Week Challenge, participants consent to the disclosure of their personal data to third-party partners of Anytime Fitness for marketing and promotional purposes.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Challenge is open to all Anytime Fitness members aged 18 years and above who are registered at participating clubs.
2.2. Participants must complete an Evolt Body Composition scan a maximum of 7 days prior to the start of the Challenge and a second Evolt Body Composition scan within 5 days after the Challenge ends.
2.3. Participants must consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Challenge.
3. Challenge Period
3.1. The Challenge will run for 8 weeks, starting from 29 July 2024 and ending on 22 September 2024.
4. Participation
4.1. Participants must register for the Challenge through the designated landing page or at participating Anytime Fitness clubs.
4.2 Participants must submit a before photo taken a maximum of 7 days prior to the start of the Challenge and an after photo taken within 5 days after the Challenge ends.
4.3. Participants are encouraged to follow the guidance and support provided by Anytime Fitness to maximise their workouts, recovery, nutrition, and overall lifestyle habits.
5. Categories and Prizes
5.1. The Challenge is divided into two categories: male and female.
5.2. The male and female participants with the largest loss in body fat percentage in each country (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines) will win the Country Grand Prize, which includes a pair of return flight tickets to Bali. The selection of the airline for the flight tickets will be at the discretion of Anytime Fitness Corporate.
5.3. The Country Grand Prize winners will also be eligible to compete for the Asia Grand Prize, which includes an Apple iPhone 15 and an Apple Watch SE.
6. Judging and Winner Selection
6.1. Winners will be determined based on the largest percentage loss in body fat as measured by the Evolt Body Composition scans.
6.2. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on additional criteria, such as overall improvement in fitness and health as assessed by the club staff.
6.3. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 30 days after the Challenge ends.
7. Prizes
7.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
7.2. Anytime Fitness reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value at its discretion.
8. Publicity
8.1. By participating in the Challenge, participants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Liability
9.1. Anytime Fitness will not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Challenge or the acceptance of any prize.
9.2. Participants are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Anytime Fitness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Challenge will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [applicable country].
